The most likely cause for problems like this is that the web server in the Web Connector is blocked by an external process like a firewall or other security software. If that is the case it might be difficult to find the specific cause of the problem but it is possible that you can find something in the Windows event log at the time that problem occurs.
If you send the communication log of the Web Connector to email@example.com, I can have a look to see if I find anything wrong in the logs. Please include the serial number of your license in the email.
My web connector on port 9710 stops after 2 mins and I have to restart the service and sometime the whole server to get it going but its keep repeating the same thing. Its a windows 2008 server and i have met 4.7 on it.
I have enabled the log but there us nothing in the log which identifies the issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.
