Hi Mike,
Both %20 and + are valid ways of encoding a space in URL encoded parameters. Most libraries and web browsers use a + to encode a space character and in the Web Connector there is no way to change this.
If your website is not able to handle the + character, it is of course possible to use the Scripting Connector to implement a webclient that uses pure percentage encoding.

I am using a trial version of Diafaan SMS, and HTTP Connector where we are forwarding received sms message to website. The message gets posted properly, However we noticed that the application is not using URL encoding to push the sms, rather is separates space with +
