Hello Akram,

Do you mean that the Hypermedia SMS PRO is not accessible from your computer or that the Hypermedia SMS PRO is accessible but that Diafaan SMS Server is not able to log on to the device?

If it is the first problem there is not much advise I can offer, you could check your firewall settings or contact Hypermedia for support. If it is the second problem then the password is probably wrong. What error message does Diafaan SMS Server give back when you try to connect it to the Hypermedia?

I need support for Hypermedia Gsm Gateway, the problem is that i cannot find or cannot access the device on the network, and i have externally connected the monitor but it asks the login and password details and the default login details does not works, any support will be appreciated.
