Hello Altaf,

Yes, you can use your own database table for MessageIn and MessageOut. In the settings of the SQL Connector you can specify the database field names of your database table that you want to use, fields that are not present in the database table are not used by Diafaan SMS Server if the corresponding field name in the SQL Connector settings is empty.

Diafaan SMS Server just inserts received messages in the database with an INSERT statement. A proper trigger should not prevent the insertion of the record but if the trigger causes an error it might cause a problem. It depends how the database handles errors that are generated by the trigger.

Regards, Henk

Dear Henk,

I am try to use Diafaan SMS server but I am facing difficulty to connect it with SQL Server.
Please tell me

1. Can I create my own table for MessageIn or MessageOut?
2. I try to add a trigger on MessageIn table but when I implement trigger then no message received in MessageIn table.
Is there any restriction?

Waiting your reply.

Thanks and regards,

Altaf
