Diafaan SMS Server does not have an option to load a CSV file to the MessageOut table of a database. In fact, it does not have any built-in option to import a list of messages from a .CSV file.

It is possible to use a Scripting Connector with a custom script that imports the messages from a CSV file. You can find an example script in the Scripting pack on the download page of this website. The script is located in the folder 'ConnectorScripts\SendMessagesFromCSVFile'.

Which gateway device do you use and what protocol is used to send the SMS messages (SMPP or HTTP)?

Hello Kris,

The MessageLog table in the SQL Connector does not have a field for the number of the modem port that sent the message, only for the name of the gateway that is associated with the port. The only way to get the number of the port that sent the message is to specify the number as the name of the gateway.

Hi, i have installed and tested with great success with the Diafaan server and just wanted to ask that is it possible to have the message from Column like the MessageTo column from the MessageIn Table.

MessageIn Table has MessageTo column which shows the port of the GW it was sent too which is perfect and what i need, however on the MessageLog table it doesnt show me which port sent the message and only which Gateway was used.

Is their anyway to see what port sent the message i sent at all?

Many Thanks

Kris
