Hello Sarfaraz,

The most likely cause for these kind of problems is that the routing options in Diafaan SMS Server are not set up correctly.

If you send the configuration file of your new set up to 'dms@diafaan.com', I will have a look to see if I can find anything wrong with it. You can save the configuration file with the menu options 'File-Export-Configuration'.

Dear Henk,

Today we have setup a new server and setup diafaan SMS server on it and we are facing issue where in the SMS which should go from gateway 1 are going from gateway 2 it is strange we are not able to understand anything we have assign the same way Gateway1;Gateway3 but messages are going from all the available gateways. Please help ASAP.
