I have checked options 2 and 3 to test if there was an issue in the Email Connector but I was not able to replicate the problem.
Are there any errors in the event log of the Email Connector that could point to a problem with the email address or with the email server that you use?
If there are no errors in the event log, the email could be sent to the wrong email address. You can enable the communication log of the Email Connector to check if the Email Connector sends an email message when an SMS message is received and to check to which destination the email was sent.
Hello Diafaan Team,
we are testing the latest Version of diafaan. Mail2SMS works fine.
But we have Problems to Forward received Messages to email.
1. Option 1: default email adress (list)" --> OK
2. Option 2: Extract from SMS message --> NOK
3. Option 3: Extract from SMS message and Check Box Reply to email expires after 1h is activ --> NOK
In case of Option 2 and Option 3 the SMS was received but not sent to any email adress. When we choose Option 1 - emails will be sent.
