Can you send the configuration file (File-Export-Configuration) and the communication log for the gateway to dms@diafaan.com? Please include the serial number of your license or your purchase order number in the email as well.

Dear Sir / Madam .
We are using Diaffan SMS server in our Company for send SMS to our Clients . Some time the Server is getting struck it is not sending SMS ,That time we should go to "Edit Gateway Properties" and Restart the settings then only it will start to send SMS , we got many complaites from our clients because of this issue .Please help us ,what is the solution for this problem ?
