Hello Isaac,
The 'AT+CPMS=...' AT command only affects the reception of SMS messages in Diafaan SMS Server, it has no effect for outgoing messages.
When Diafaan SMS Server marks a message as 'Sent', it means that the mobile network has received the message correctly. There can be two reasons why the messages are not delivered to the mobile phone. Maybe the phone number is incorrect, or has an incorrect number format, and the mobile network does not know where to deliver the message. But it is also possible that the mobile network marked the messages from the SIM card as spam and blocks the message without returning an error.

Hi Henk
My nature work is to provide monitoring system to client. The system could be we say air-conditioning system. When there is a problem on the aircon A , the unit will give an alarm & send notification to the client by sms. & the system is web based
In the event of incident , system received an alert for 3 unit of Aircon in alarm state, aircon A , B & C
The notification send to client , but 1 of the unit didn’t received notification if alarm.
Checking the system – as my record all unit are give alarm & already push to diaafan for sending the alarm.
There is a stack of messages at my send log & it already shows send status, but all recipients didn’t received the message.
I have gone through your discussion on Diaafan forum related to the situation im facing now. & yout advice is
“settings of the GSM Modem Gateway to:
AT+CPMS="MT","MT","MT"
or
AT+CPMS="ME","ME","ME"
If both of these settings have no effect, and you still do not receive the messages, I would like to have a look at the communication log of the modem.”
However the issue is still there.
Fyi Im, using light version Diaafan sms server. & use web connector & using sms modem gateway for the simcard
Please advice
Thanks
Isaac
