The response messages indicate that some of the messages are not being forwarded to the mobile phone, but it is unclear if your provider cannot send the messages to the Belgian provider or if the Belgian provider is not able to deliver the messages to the mobile phone of the recipient. In either case, the SMS central will store the messages time and try deliver them when possible until the validity period of the message expires. In this case it also sends a message back with a temporary status update.
Only your mobile provider or the Belgian mobile provider of the recipient is able to tell you what the exact reason for this issue is. You can try out yet another SIM card with a different contract, but if the issue is triggered by the Belgian provider this might not make a difference.

use the COnGio LTE modem over LAN.
80% of the SMS messages will not be delivered in Belgium. Luxembourg is oke.
Message in the SMS receivced is "message with destiantion XXXX could not be delivered and will be send on a later time" (transalation from dutch).
We used a sim card from another dutch provider, then 100% of the SMS is not delivered.
All messages send to Netherlands are oke. Modem is in the Netherlands.
No errors in the Communication log.
Anyone had this issue before?
