Hello Dharmateja,

If I understand your situation correctly you receive SMS messages correctly from the modem, Diafaan SMS Server processes the messages and generates a response for each message but sending the response back to the mobile phone fails for specific numbers. Is that correct?

Does the send log have an error code and error message for the failed messages?

Dear all,

We are using CSL-1402 RTU(Remote Terminal Unit-like a modem) for our project. One of the primary functions of this Unit was it sent the reply to the correct message like when we give command as Get data it gives corresponding data. The problem is It giving reply to the only few SIM's. It receiving the message and processing it (we can see in the log) but sms reply is not able to sent by the modem for few SIM's. I just struggled how to resolved this issue. Can any help us on this what is the problem and how to resolve it.
