You can try to switch the 'CompatibilityMode' property in the advanced settings of the GSM Modem Gateway to 'Normal' or 'Enhanced', depending on the current setting. These two modes use a different way to retrieve the delivery reports and received messages from the modem, some modems only work properly in 'Normal' mode and some only in 'Enhanced' mode.
If this does not work then I would like to see a communication log for the modem in both 'Normal' and 'Enhanced' compatibility modes. You can send the communication logs to 'dms@diafaan.com', please make sure to include the serial number of your license in the email.

I am using full version of Diaafan 4. everything works fne when use my huawei modem. after sending message it show delivered status perfectly. But when i use ZTE MF710M 3G modem sms sent properly but status does not update.
deliery report is on. But it's not working. tough i get 200, Success: Message accepted by GSM modem gateway but not delivered status even after receiving the SMS on my mobile successfully.
