This can be done in two ways, but both requires some programming.
The first way is to use the Web Connector to send the message as an HTTP query to a PHP, ASP.NET or other web server script and send the response back to the sender of the message. To enable this option you have to set the "Reply HTTP Response to sender" option in the "Receive SMS" settings of the Web Connector.
Another option is to use the Scripting Connector with a C# or Visual Basic.NET script. You can find three example scripts in the scripting pack for Microsoft SQL Server, databases with ODBC drivers and databases with OLEDB drivers. The scripting pack can be downloaded from the download page.

Is this case possible with Diafaan?
Based on SMS keywords sent by the requesting cellphone user, the SMS server automatically recognizes the keyword, retrieves the information from the database, and automatically sends the requested information to the user. This information may be product details, contact details, list of branches, etc.
