Hello Pedro,

Status code 301 means that the message was accepted by the SMPP server but the SMPP server was not able to deliver the message to its destination. The reason could be an invalid destination number or insufficient SMS credits to send the message but there can be a number of other reasons for this error.

Usually the SMPP server also returns an error code and sometimes a description of reason why it could not deliver the message to the mobile phone. If the send log does not show an error code then you can ask your SMPP service provider why the messages cannot be delivered.

HELLO,

I'M HAVE THE SAME ISSUE BUT WHEN I SEND THE MESSAGE FIRST THAT GIVE ME THIS ERROR:

200, Success: Message accepted by the SMPP gateway.

AFTER SOME 15 SECOND IT CHANGE TO:

301, Error: Status error received after the message was accepted by the SMPP gateway.
