Hello Falco,
There is an overview of the routing options in Diafaan SMS Server in the online manual.
You can set the routing rules in each connector of Diafaan SMS Server separately. There are two types of gateway routes that you can use, primary gateways and backup gateways. A message that is sent from a connector will be tried x times on each assigned primary gateway and if all those send attempts fail, it will be tried x times on each assigned backup gateway. Please note that if you send a test message directly from a gateway (with the 'Send message' form of the gateway), there will only be one send attempt on the same gateway.
Regards, Henk

hello everyone.
I've been using diafaan as an SMS engine for a long time, so far so good, but I have a question that I would like you to clarify:
I have 2 SMS providers connected by both SMPP, I put provider 1 as priority and provider 2 as secondary.
what is the problem?
It is that when it goes out through the first provider and gives an error message for the shipment, it does not go to the second provider, it only fails in the first one, that is;
Send SMS => priority 1- Provider 1 (here if it fails it should go to provider 2)
priority 2- Provider 2 (the message does not reach provider 2)
Does it work like this? Do you have to do an additional configuration to make the cascade?
I'll stay tuned and thanks in advance.
