Hello Zen,
The SMPP 3.4 specification for the date/time fields in the receipt is 'YYMMDDhhmm', the official specifications does not include seconds in the submit date and done date. Diafaan SMS Server follows the official specifications as much as possible and at the moment there is no way to change the date/time format in the receipts.
We will add an extra setting in the SMPP Connector of the next version of Diafaan SMS Server to be able to change the date/time format in the receipts. If you would like to test this out, please let me know and I will send you a plugin for the SMPP Connector with this functionality.

We have setting SMPP Connector as SMPP Server and it's working fine. But in deliver_sm who sent to SMPP client there no provide the Second in submit date and done date Date Time value. How to make submit date:YYMMDDHHMMSS and done date:YYMMDDHHMMSS
Whe have test and create SMMP Gateway as client and here the log:
