Hello Cleo,

There is no generic answer to this question, the error messages indicate that the SMPP client loses the connection to the SMPP Connector but it does not specify why the connection is lost.

It is possible that the network connection between the client and Diafaan SMS Server is unreliable or that the SMPP client does not send the enquire_link packet often enough to keep the connection alive.

You can have a look at the event log of the SMPP Connector to see if there are any errors that indicate a problem with the network connections.

HI guys,

Please, I would like to know if it's just me or not.

I am getting this error frequently, and lots of SMS do not go through.

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

How do i resolve?
