The generic HTTP gateway option of the HTTP Gateway in Diafaan SMS Server does not have the functionality to retrieve delivery reports (DLR). That means that messages sent from the SMPP Connector through the generic HTTP gateway will only trigger an ERROR DLR when the HTTP request fails and it will never trigger a DELIVERD DLR.
If you set the 'SendDlrOnStatus200' in the setting of the SMPP Connector to 'Delivered' or 'Accepted', it will send back a DELIVERD or ACCEPTD DLR when the message is accepted by the HTTP service but not when the message is received on the phone.
Diafaan SMS Server only sends back a real DELIVERD DLR when the gateway that has sent the message receives a status update DLR from the SMS service itself.
I'm testing diafaan and I'm having problems. I have a SMPP connector and I want to integrate it into a generic HPP gateway, however, when I'm going to make a send using the connector, it immediately generates a DELIVERD, ACCEPT or UNKNOWN return. What I wanted to do is: when the client tries to make the connection, it first receives an ACCEPT, and depending on the return of the HTTP gateway it sends DELIVERD or ERROR.
How can I configure to work this way?
Currently, I configured to be sent DELIVERD in "SendDlrOnStatus200", when it gives error, it changes. But, as I said, it is necessary first to return ACCEPT, and then DELIVERD or ERROR.
Somebody help me.
