Without the communication log of the GSM Modem Gateway it is very difficult to determine what the problem could be. You can send the log to 'dms@diafaan.com', please make sure to include the serial number of your license in the email.

I was watching and the problem seems to be the communication of the diafaan with the serial port of windows, already installed the windows 7 and 10 the same thing, diafaan working suddenly loses the communication with the serial port, I am using modem 3g Huawei e303. I think it is a problem on the chip and it is not, ai stop diafaan and then start back to work what could it be that the diafaan is losing the connection with the serial port?

Hello Luã,

I can't think of any reason why messages that originate from an SMPP Connector would be sent slower than message from an SQL Connector, except when there is something in the message that causes send errors, for instance an invalid destination number. But you would see errors in the send log and/or the event log in that case.

If you send the communication log of the GSM Modem Gateway with a mix of messages from the SQL Connector and the SMPP Connector to 'dms@diafaan.com' I can have a look to see if I can find anything wrong with the messages. Please make sure to include the serial number of your license in the email.

Hello, I have 2 connectors 1 via smpp and one with mysql connection but sending through the mysql connection my modem send much faster I am using modem 3g huawei more or less 40 per minute now when the client sends via smpp the yield drops to 10 per minute look There sometimes up to 5 a minute why is that? As I use the same can for the 2 connections and per sql sends 40 per minute and smpp sends 10 max per minute
