Diafaan SMS Server does not have built-in functionality to route received messages in the way you describe. This kind of functionality is very hard to do right because of the way that SMS is designed. It is designed for phone number to phone number communication and for applications where a message must be forwarded to a specific user that does not have a phone number.
The HTTP callback option in Diafaan SMS Server can be used to route a received message to a specific user on a specific connector but implementing this won't be easy.

Hi Henk
I think I asked this question a couple of years ago, but would like to check if it is now possible.
Scenario:
One SMPP Gateway to service provider, the SMPP Provider uses a fixed "Default source address".
Three departments.
Two departments have their own SQL DB's
One Department uses a SMPP Connector.
All three departments send messages out, but all three receive responses for each others replies.
Also each department sends out different messages expecting a response on that specific message, but how do we distinguish between messages on replies?
How can I route the replies to the correct originating connector?
Is there a specific identifier or something I can ask / request from the provider to include on the replies for me to use for routeing?
For me the most NB to get working would be the DB connectors.
Kind Regards
