Hello Budiharto,

Diafaan SMS Server can only detect the phone number if it is stored on the SIM card. Some operators provide SIM cards with the phone number already written on the card and some don't.

You can use Diafaan SMS Server to change or add the phone number on the SIM card:
- Open the GSM Modem Gateway settings.
- Select 'GSM modem'.
- Click 'Test' and wait until the modem is detected.
- Click on the 'Change GSM number' link.
- Fill in the number and click 'Write'
