Hello Nasser,

If the problem only occurs when you send the messages from the Oracle XE database, the source of the problem is most likely located in the Unicode character handling of the database driver.

We have published instructions for the Oracle 10g Express Edition on our website and with this settings and database layout the Unicode messages are retrieved from the database OK.

Regards, Henk
