The Send Time in the Send Log of Diafaan SMS Server uses the system time of the server. This should be the same time as the computer's clock app. I have not heard of this problem before but it is possible that a change in daylight saving time offset causes a difference in the clock time of the computer and the time that Diafaan SMS Server gets from the server when sending a message. Have you already tried to re-start the Diafaan SMS Server service (or reboot the server) to see if that resolves the issue?

The Send Time in the Receive Log of Diafaan SMS Server uses the time in message packet. Since this time can come from anywhere in the world, the offset can vary dependent of the location of the phone that sent the message.
