The Web Connector has an option to forward received SMS messages to the last user that has sent a message to the phone number where the message was sent from. The option is called 'Reply to user, expires after...' and it is available in the 'Receive SMS' section of the Web Connector settings. For this to work, you'll have to keep the 'Move received SMS messages to inbox' of the users unchecked. Otherwise every user will receive every message anyway.

Good morning all,
I am hoping someone may be able to help me with this query.
I have purchased the Basic subscription as this seemed to fit our need at the time. I have now launched the system using the built-in web package so users can login and send/receive text messages. The only issue I have with this is that all users receive the text messages that are received to the application. Is there a way of restricting the text messages to be sent to only the inbox of the person who sends the text message without me having to write any form of system to do so?
