Hello Sarfaraz,

When a message is rejected by the SMPP server, it is automatically retried a couple of times. However, Diafaan SMS Server does not have a setting to use a different gateway depending on the error code that the SMPP server returns.

Diafaan SMS Server does not automatically re-send the message when a delivery report with an error code is received for the message after the message is accepted by the SMPP server. The only way to re-send these messages is to process these messages with a script or with an external database application.

Hello Henk,

Hope you are doing good. I have a question is it possible to resend the rejected messages with a specific error code from another gateway. For example we have 2 SMPP gateway A & B. First it will send from Gateway A which is primary gateway if it rejected with Error code 010 then it will go from gateway B which is Backup gateway.

Hope you have understood the query and would revert with a solution.
