I can't find your email address in our license database, can you give me the serial number or purchase order number of your license so that I can add your email address to our license database for future support requests?

The report function in Diafaan SMS Server generates the report live from the information in the logs. By default, Diafaan SMS Server restricts the number of messages in the log to a maximum of 10000 messages per log. This can be changed in the general options (Select 'Actions-Options-Logging') but it is best to keep the number of messages in the logs to the default value because the performance of Diafaan SMS Server will suffer if the log gets too big.

The logging and report options in Diafaan SMS Server are pretty basic, if you need to keep the logs for a longer time then you can use an external database and set up Diafaan SMS Server to save all messages to this database (The 'Log all messages to SQL Connector ...' option in 'Actions-Options-Advanced'). You can then run the reports you need manually from this database.
