If you check the "Move received SMS messages to inbox" when adding a new user to the Web Application, all the received messages are sent to the inbox of the user.
If you want to receive only the SMS responses in the inbox of the user you have to disable the "Move received SMS messages to inbox" option for the users and set the "Reply to user, expires after..." option in the "Receive SMS" properties of the Web Connector. When this option is checked, Diafaan SMS Server stores the user/number combination for all sent messages and when an SMS message is received it sends the message to the inbox of the the last user who sent an SMS message to this number.
Due to the nature of SMS this is not 100% reliable but in most cases it will work as intended.

Hello,
On a Diafaan server basic edition,
I activated "Move received SMS messages to inbox" on all users. The problem is that all incoming messages for everyone is in their inbox. Meaning if user one receives an answer, it shows in all other users inbox. Is it how it is supposed to be or can we separate each users inbox and have them see only responses to their respective messages?
