Hello Sarfaraz,
The most likely explanation for high memory use in Diafaan SMS Server is that one of the internal database files is getting too large and is damaged. The database files are self-repairing but if the files are very large this can take a long time and a lot of memory.
You can check the folder 'C:\ProgramData\Diafaan\Diafaan Message Server\' and its sub-folders for .sqlite files that are much larger than others. The culprit is often the message log file 'MessageLog.sqlite' but it is also possible that it is a file under the 'ModuleData' sub-folder. There is also a chance that there is an error in the event log of Diafaan SMS Server that points to the damaged database file. The file can be manually removed after stopping the service and console program if the problem is not solved automatically in a reasonable amount of time.
The latest versions of Diafaan SMS Server automatically cleans-up all the database files when the Diafaan SMS Server service is started. If you use the latest version of Diafaan SMS Server, the problem could be solved after a restart of the service.

Hello Henk,
From last few days we are noticing that the Ram Memory Usage which was between 134mb to 200mb has now increased to 1248mb. From the time this has increased our processing of messages from Diafaan SMS Server has become a bit slow.
Can you please let us know what could be the reason on such an increase and what we should do to get this cleared to make it work smoother.
Thanks & Have a great day!!!
Regards,
Sarfaraz
