Hello Allan,
The best option, if possible, is to change the number format of the destination numbers in the NumberTemplate setting of the connector(s). But this is only possible if the local numbers can be recognized and changed into the international number format consistently.
Diafaan SMS Server has two ways to block messages with specific number formats. you can use the Message specific routing using the To Address to allow only numbers in a specific format to be sent with the gateway(s), all other messages will fail with a 'Gateway not available' error.
Another way to block messages is to use the HTTP callback function, in combination with a C# (in version 4.5 or higher) or PHP script. With this option you can block the messages completely so that they do not enter Diafaan SMS Server at all.

Due to an error in the software that generates our SMSes , we have a large number of messages missing ´+'
The SMS server interprets these messages as international messages , and sends them to the wrong country.
Is there any way I can block/reject or otherwise ensure that messages are only sent if the contain + and countrycode.
Regards
Allan
