Using multiple USB GSM/3G 'dongle' modems on one computer often does not work reliably. These modems are not designed to install more than one of them on a computer, sometimes it works great but in other cases the modems interfere with each other and are causing problems.

In general, dongle style modems like the ZTE MF190 are a bit 'hit or miss'. Modems that work well on one computer and mobile network can work unreliably on a computer with another version of Windows or on another mobile network.

If you are a licensed user of Diafaan SMS Server you can send a communication log for one of the modems to dms@diafaan.com and I will have a look to see if I can find anything unusual. But usually there is not much you can do when the modems behave erratically.
