The only good way to find out where the problem occurs is to enable communication logging for the modem and check all outgoing and incoming messages to see if the messages are really sent and how many of those messages are received.
If your license is still in the free update and support period you can send this communication log, the send log (menu options 'File-Export-Send log') and the receive log (menu options 'File-Export-Receive log') to dms@diafaan.com and I can do this analysis for you. Please make sure to include the serial number of your license in the email.

hello Henk,
i have problem.
I made php script that every hour sends an sms to the modem to check that everything works fine.
1 - First : my script php insert ligne in messageout (mysql) 1 ligne/hour.
Message is sent.
2 - i see in messagelog : status code 200 = ok
3 - but in messagein somestimes : message isn t there.
on 24 messages/1 day (1message/hour) i lost : 3/4 messages
in diafaan :
in SendLog : 200 success. Message Accepted by modem....
ReceivedLog... : 0 message
Statistic :
51 messages sent (no errors : status 200)
44 message received
Lost 7.(13%)
it's problematic
