Hello Rafael,

Diafaan SMS Server automatically repeats a message when it is not certain that the SMS service has accepted the message, for instance when it does not receive the response from the service that it expects.

Usually there will be errors in the event log of Diafaan SMS Server when this happens. You can also look at the statistics of the HTTP Gateways to see if there are any send errors.

In the latest version of Diafaan SMS Server you can disable the automatic repeating of failed messages by setting the 'Max. total primary send attempts' in the 'Gateways' setting of the connectors to '1'.

Good Morning,
An abnormality is happening. When I use the SMPP connector with multiple HTTP gateways, the Diafaan report appears all right, but when I look at the sms upload report provided by my HTTP gateway I can note that some sms have been sent duplicates. Are you aware of this problem? If so, please help me. Hugs.
