Hello Elton,
To log on to the POP3 service of Outlook with an application like Diafaan SMS Server you now need an application specific password or log on with the OAuth2 protocol.
OAuth2 is relatively complicated to set up so the easiest option is to use an application specific password. You can use the following link for more information and an option to create a new application specific password for your Outlook account: https://account.live.com/APHelp

I have tried to use gmail, yahoo and outlook POP function. But the return error as below:
