Your email does not contain more relevant details than the information you provided in this forum post. If you followed the steps in my post below and the auto-reply still does not work then there is most likely a problem with the HTTP connection to your website or with the script on your website. If you set the 'LogCommunicationToFile' property in the advanced settings of the Web Connector to 'True', you can see in the communication log of the HTTP client what the Web Connector sends to your website and what it gets back. That might help you to find out what goes wrong.

I don't speak French and in general we do not provide support by phone or Skype except for customers with a valid license that is still in the free update and support period, and only when support by email is not sufficient.

Regards, Henk

Hello Adama,

You can use the Web Connector in Diafaan SMS Server to create an auto-reply function for received messages.

First, make sure that the received messages from the GSM Modem Gateway, SMPP Gateway or HTTP Gateway are routed to the correct Web Connector. You can check that the messages are received correctly in the receive log of the Web Connector.

On the 'Receive SMS' page of the Web Connector settings, select 'Forward received SMS messages to website' and fill in the details of your website. You probably also have to change the query string details by clicking on the 'Edit query string template' link to reflect the expectations of your PHP script.

Finally, select the 'Handle HTTP response' and the 'Reply HTTP response to sender' options to make sure that the response of the HTTP request is sent back to the sender of the message. Your PHP script can return an empty HTTP response if you do not want to send a reply back to the sender.

Regards, Henk

Dear,
I'm Adama Diallo From Mali an now trying your trial version in order be sure that it can do what I want.
In fact I have installed a modem with SIM card to received SMS from my customers and to give them automatic answer stored in PHP file in my web site. So when my SIM card received an SMS, I would like that the Suitable Reply stored in that file sent as automatic reply.
That work very good with an other SMS GATEWA, but that software hasn't SMPP , So I want change in order to connect my system with my Online Phone Operator in Mali. Thus with my former divice/sofware, I juste gave this adress to the software: [*Link removed*].
My problem is that I put the same path [*Link removed*]) but Diafaan doesn't give Reply When a SMS is sent from my customers.

NB : I dont receive message in HTTP GATEWAY but only in fenster EVENT I see

Can you help me to exacly indicate step par
