The SQL Connector can only work reliably when the connection to the database is stable. If there are connection errors to with the database then there is a chance that some of the records in the MessageLog or MessageIn tables are not inserted or updated properly. Fetching messages from the MessageOut table should normally not be affected since the database commands are wrapped in a transaction and are rolled back when the transaction fails.
There are two settings in the advanced settings of the SQL Connector that can improve the reliability when you see database connection problems: 'MessageInRetryOnError' and 'MessagesLogRetryOnError'. If you set these two properties to 'True', the SQL Connector will keep the messages in memory try to insert or update the records later.
I have another queries,
If the SQL Connector not connect to MySQL in my hosting server, all of the sms in send queue updated as Error.
Is there any configuration/setting to make diafaan server to not updating sms in queue as Error while sql connector not connected to MySQL server and make diafaan server to try proccess/sent again all of sms in queue while the sql connector connected again?
The reason of connector can't connect to mysql server is from my internet connection is not stable.
The message of error is:
ERROR [HY000] [MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver]Can't connect to MySQL server on '103.23.xx.xx' (10065)
