Is this an issue that you have had before or was it introduced when you added a new gateway or SMPP Connector? If you changed the database or use another SMPP Gateway or GSM Modem Gateway it might help in identifying the problem.
I would like to see the communication log of the SMPP/GSM Modem Gateway. The log must contain one of the sent message that does not show 'delivered' in the SQL database plus all delivery reports that are returned from the SMS central (please specify which message does not update the status in the database). You can send the log to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is also likely that there are error events in the event log of the SQL Connector or in the general event log, can you also include those in the email?
We are facing an issue with the delivery confirmation. We are using MS SQL Express edition at the moment. The delivery reciept come in lots like 10, 50 or some time even 300 from the SMSC and also diafaan SMS server sends the response of the same and shows received in the console but in some case it does not update the status to the MessageLog table e.g out of 50, 5 to 7 are left out. We have seen that when alot of delivery confirmation are sent by the SMSC some of then are not been updated to the MessageLog table.
Can you please look into this issue. As we think that the message is not delivered but it is actually delivered but the MessageLog table is not updated, If you need logs do let me know.
