The first thing you can try is to clear the send queue with the menu options 'File-Clear-Send queue' and then restart the Diafaan SMS Server service (or reboot the computer). That should clear up any issues with the send queue database. If you are still using an older version of Diafaan SMS Server it might be a good idea to update to the latest version (this is a free update for your full edition license).
If that does not help then there might be issues with the SMPP service. I would like to see the configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server (menu options 'File-Export-Configuration') and the communication log of the SMPP Gateway. You can send these two files to email address dms@diafaan.com.

I having problems with a SMPP Gateway that messages stay too long in send queue.
I create the record in MessageOut table and almost immediately go to message queue but the SMPP server on provider is receiving the message 10 minutes later and in some cases almost 1 hour later.
Can you help me?
