This error means that the SMPP server has rejected the message from Diafaan SMS Server. There can be a number of reasons why the message is rejected, for instance an invalid destination number or a lack of SMS credits.

SMPP services usually provide an error code when they reject a message, you can use the error code to determine the cause of the error. For standard SMPP errors, Diafaan SMS Server also displays an error text in the log.
