Hello Isaac,

This error comes from the GSM Modem and indicates that the message could not be sent because the memory on the GSM modem or on the SIM card is full. This is not a common error and it could indicate a firmware problem in the GSM modem.

If the 'CompatibilityMode' in the advanced settings of the GSM Modem Gateway is set to 'Normal', you can try changing it to 'Enhanced'. In these two modes, Diafaan SMS Server reads out and empties the memory locations differently and one of the settings might clear the memory and allows sending messages again.

If changing the CompatibilityMode does not help, I would like to see the configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server (menu options 'File-Export-Configuration') and the communication log of the GSM Modem Gateway. You can send these two files to email address dms@diafaan.com.

Hi Henk
Im using diaafan server light edition.
After setup the GSM gateway & web connector. Test a few points to trigger the SMS, its look like normal, suddenly the GSM gateway disconnect & the SMS is failure to send.
I check from the event log under event trace or event message. The info as below

I check on the error code & it’s just explain memory full. Can you give some advice how solve this issue.

Fyi I’m using diaafan services quite sometimes & its worthy.
