Yes, the license for the light edition comes with 1 year free updates and technical support. In that time you can send us a request for the contact import program.

If you have a list with numbers you can also easily create a contact (or a couple of contacts) with multiple numbers separated with comma's. This is an easy way to create and send messages to groups without having to create a contact for each number.

Got it. I like the program. I run a small business and would like to do 1-3 text campaigns a month. Probably a total of 100-200 total texts per month. The light version is in my price range. Would I be able to get the contact import program and have support for 1 year with the light version?

We only provide the contact import program for users with a regular license that is still in the free update and support period. We don't offer this program for the trial license of Diafaan SMS Server.

The serial number of the license can be found in the 'About' box of the Diafaan SMS Server console program, menu options 'Help-About'.

Hello Mike,

I am glad that you got the administrator password working. For the record, the administrator login name in Diafaan SMS Server is 'admin', the password can be changed in the general options (select 'Actions-Options-Administrator-Change password').

Diafaan SMS Server does not have a built-in import feature to import contacts in the browser application. But for registered users of Diafaan SMS Server we have a small separate program available to import and export contacts from and to a .CSV file. Users with a valid license that is still in the free upgrade and support period can request this program by sending an email to dms@diafaan SMS Server with the request and the serial number of the license.

I found username and have Diafaan server page working. This software is what I'm looking for to replace current software.
What is the best way to import contact numbers?

I am able to connect with my modem and send single texts but when I go to the Diafaan server, it says "invalid user name or password".
This software is what I need for my small business. I need help resetting my username and/or password so I can go on sms server.
