This error means that the name of an internet host could not be found in the Domain Name System. Without context it is difficult to say what the cause of this problem is. It is most likely caused by a misspelled or removed host name in one of the gateway or connector settings. If you send the configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server (menu options 'File-Export-Configuration') and the event log (menu options 'File-Export-Event log') to email address dms@diafaan.com, I might be able to see what causes the error.
