There are only to fields of the MessageOut table that are mandatory, the 'MessageTo' field and the 'MessageText' field. All the other fields are optional.

The Id field is also necessary but it is best to make that field an auto-incremented index field so that it is filled automatically and is guaranteed to have a unique value.
