Thanks for the reply both here and on my email. I've got the program and was able to import the contacts. It's all good. But i think we may need to look at some sample programs on your website to be able to automate some alerts.

Diafaan SMS Server does not have built-in functionality to import contacts to the contact list of the web application. But for registered users of Diafaan SMS Server with a license that is still in the free upgrade and support period, we have a separate program available to import and export individual contacts (not groups!) to the contact list.

If you have a valid license, you can send an email to dms@diafaan.com with the request and the serial number of the license and we will send you a link to the program.
