You can remove all log items in Diafaan SMS Server with the menu selections 'File-Clear-Send log', 'File-Clear-Receive log' and 'File-Clear-Event log'.

It is not possible in Diafaan SMS Server to remove only the messages from the log that received a delivery report.

Message log HTTP callbacks with action type 'message_log' should always contain the 'user_info' text that you provided with the message.

For message log update HTTP callbacks with action type 'message_log_update' the 'user_info' field could be empty if the original message was already removed from the send log when the delivery report is received. The information in the 'user_info' field is only stored in the send log and when the send log record of the message is removed the information in the 'user_info' field is lost.

By default, the send log of Diafaan SMS Server stores up to 10000 messages, you can increase the number of messages in the 'Logging' settings in the general options. However, it is best to keep the log files as small as possible, if the log files are getting too large the performance of Diafaan SMS Server will suffer.
