The reporting functionality in Diafaan SMS Server is very basic and it is only meant to get a 'quick and dirty' overview of the SMS traffic. It generates the messages on the fly from the send- and receive logs and that means that older messages, that are already removed from the internal logs, are not included in the reports.

Diafaan SMS Server has an option to write all logs to an external SQL database with one of the SQL Connectors. The easiest way to generate reports is to use this option to write all logs to a database table and then generate the reports yourself from the data in the database.
