That is not possible if you use a GSM modem to send the messages. The GSM modem always uses the number of the SIM card as the sender ID.
The only way to use a name as the send ID is to use an online SMS provider. Clickatell allows alphanumeric sender ID's and most SMS providers that support SMPP also allow names as the sender address, most SMS providers restrict the names you can use as the sender ID to prevent SMS spoofing.
