The send speed of a GSM modem is limited but Diafaan SMS Server will send the messages as fast as the GSM modem can handle them.
If you use an Android phone with the GSM Modem Emulator it is different. Android has an internal SMS send speed limit to prevent excessive messaging and the GSM Modem Emulator limits the send speed so that the Android block is not triggered.
By default, Diafaan SMS Server will divide the messages over all available gateways using a round-robin protocol. However, for efficiency reasons this is not a pure round-robin, if you need a more precise allocation of the messages over the available gateways then you can set the MaximumBatchSize parameter of each GSM Modem Gateway to 1. But I only recommend this for applications with a low message throughput.

Hello Helmantel,
Thanks for your response
What I mean by API is to be able to send a high volume of SMS per minute?
For example, 100 SMS per minute with each gateway.
Also, it is possible to send 500 SMS to the Diafaan server at the same time and Diafaan divide it between the gateways? ( Automatically )
Hello Reza,
The GSM Modem Gateway only has a send limit per hour, day, week, month or on a manual reset. If you need to limit the amount of messages per minute you can use the SendDelayTime setting to set a short delay between messages. The Android GSM Modem Emulator app has a delay already built-in.
Diafaan SMS Server uses a round robin protocol to route the messages over the available gateways but it also pre-loads a batch of messages on one gateway to make it more efficient. If you want a pure round-robin then you can set the MaximumBatchSize value of each gateway to '1'.

Hello .
A few questions about the program:
Is there a sending limit per minute in the Android gateway?
Is there a limit for sending per minute in GSM Modem gateway?
When I send several messages per minute through API, it stays in the queue for several minutes and sends one by one. Is it possible to send simultaneously?
Thank you
