The best way to troubleshoot a connection to a GSM modem or Android phone is to create a communication log of the GSM Modem Gateway. The communication log might be able to show at which point the connection from Diafaan SMS Server to the Android phone is dropped.

If the problem caused by some phone or Android specific quirk or a network issue then it is probably not easy to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. You can try to use another Android phone to see if it has the same issues but there is not much else that you can do.
