connector has multiple 3 gateways. only one of the gateway has defined to address

1st gateway: to address: +49*;+1*;+60 or +49*,+1*,1*,+60*
2nd gateway: to address: none
3rd gateway: to address: none

only number starting with +49 is routed to the 1st gateway. +1/+60 is routed to either 2nd or 3rd gateway

all priority are 1
