I am getting the error in connecting to SMPP server.

The SMPP server returns error 13, Bind failed, when Diafaan SMS Server tries to set up a connection to the server. This means that the IP number and port number of the SMPP server are correct but the logon parameters are not accepted. The reason could be that the user name or password is not correct or that the SMPP server requires a specific Bind TON or Bind NPI parameter in the bind request. It is also possible that the SMPP server blocks cannot match your IP number with the user name/password. Unfortunately, the response from the SMPP server does not specify the exact reason for the error.
If the SMPP server requires a specific Bind TON or Bind NPI logon parameter, it is possible to set them in the advanced settings of the SMPP Gateway after you have added the gateway to Diafaan SMS Server.
Perhaps your SMPP service provider can give you the exact reason why the logon is rejected, they should be able to tell the reason when you send them the log.

Same issue for me. I have set up all SMPP properties in trial version and want to test before buying this software if it works with my SMPP gateway. Unfortunately giving error on connection.
Show logs:
- IP connection to: X.X.X.X:AAAAA open.

Diafaan SMS Server can be installed on Windows 7/8 and also on Windows server 2008 or 2012, the software is the same for the Windows client and the Windows server.
The internal send log of Diafaan SMS Server is limited to 10000 messages after installation, older log record will be removed from the logs when the log database exceeds this number. You can increase the maximum number of send log items in the logging options (menu options Actions-Options-Logging) but it is best to keep the maximum number of log items as low as possible. If you set it too high it will have a negative impact on the responsiveness of the console program.

thanx for the reply unfortunately i connected to the server successfully and am glad using this software. hopeful after this trial version i would like purchase it. but how do i get diafaan setup software for window server? or do i use the same setup as i have installed on the desktop? one more problem about the report i have sent about 100,000 message but when i want to generate the report it give me only 10000 message .how do i deal with this so that i can get the accurate records as the message sent.thanx

Hello Renalda,
Without more information it is very difficult to tell what the problem might be. If you post the 'Show log' information that appears after you use the 'Test' button of the SMPP Gateway setup wizard, I might be able to see what the problem is.
